How do I place an order?

Chosen a an item, click “Add to cart”, and it will automatically be placed in your shopping cart. You can then continue to select products in our online store, adding to your shopping cart. Once you have your selection of items, then proceed to checkout.

How can I cancel or change my order?

Carefully check the contents of your basket. You can change the number of items or remove individual items before you checkout.

Why can't I add items to my order?

If you are having trouble adding items to your shopping cart, your web browser probably has “cookies” disabled. What’s a cookie? Sounds delicious, we know. It’s not a baked good, it’s a small file stored on your computer that keeps track of what you’re doing on our website, i.e. what items you have bought before and what you have in your shopping cart. Are the colors of the garments photo accurate

We aim to generate images with a clear likeness to the actual garments, so there’s no surprises when you open your delivery at home. Well… only good surprises! Our colour palette is very close to the colour palette of the garments, however some colours may vary slightly from those displayed by your monitor, or on varying internet browsers.

Do you have any promotions or competitions

Do you accept PayPal?

Yes, we accept PayPal payments. When checking out, make sure your delivery address is the same as that in your PayPal account. PayPal will check that the address you enter on Latino4Life matches the address in your PayPal account.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide. With a distribution centre in Charlotte, North Carolina, United States, and in Riga, Latvia, Europe, we can keep shipping costs low and save you money. The more money you save, the more great products you can enjoy. More information on shipping.

How long will it take to receive my order?

You need to allow up to 3 days for order administration which includes payment processing and product packaging, before your order is shipped. During the shipping selection you’ll be able to choose the shipping option you desire, which includes standard shipping as well as faster options. We also recommend you select tracking with your shipping preference. Any questions regarding shipping, should be directed to the shipper you selected.

Can I track the shipping of my order?

Yes, during the checkout purchase of your item, you’ll be able to select a shipping option that includes tracking. Please allow up to 3 days in processing before your item is shipped.
